- Having good life insurance knowledge

- Familiar in using Ms PPT, MS Excel and MS Word
- Great presentation skill and negotiation skill
- Strong communication and personal engagement
- Min bachelor degree
Job Responsibilities
- Drive achievement for New Recruit and Active Agents
- Drive activation for new business to support overall company sales objectives
- Recruitment pipeline monitoring
- Business Opportunity Presentation, Career Expo, Hiring advertising preparation
- Daily engagement with agency leader dan active recruiter to initiate recruitment & activation activity, follow up recruitment pipeline, administative things and projects related with recruitment & activation.
- end to end Training preparation
- Involved in recruitment workshop
