The APAC BOSC (Business Operations Supply Chain) Finance Consultant will be an active partner in the development of plant strategy, and provide financial insight for both management and operational teams for large scale complex facilities.
In this role, you will partner collaboratively with various senior stakeholders to ensure results are timely, qualitative, analyzed and understood, you will also be a critical business partner for the regional finance director and BOSC leader, provide necessary financial rigor and analytics and will be accountable for the achievement of financials results and creation of value for the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Being key business partner of BOSC leaders to set strategy, goal, action plan, KPI and performance management system to achieve strategic targets.
- Advanced finance model experience associated with solid experience design, develop and implement value-added business analytics
- Integrate disparate sources of data using a broad range of analytical data tools and knowledge of statistical methodology and predictive modeling techniques.
- Translate financial metrics into actionable insights that improve decision making, performance and business growth in a business segment with a moderate opportunity to impact.
- Experience in internal & external competitor benchmarking analysis and internal benchmarking
- Experience in identifying BOSC related strategic risk & opportunities and driving related optimization projects
- Lead and coordinate finance processes for a multiregional, regional or multi-country complex business or function and understand key drivers of results and related sensitivities.
- Deliver clear presentations including defending positions on controversial topics, adapt style to continuously seek win-win solutions.
- Demonstrate an application of broad / diverse BOSC knowledge with understanding of how all areas come together and operate as a business.
- Being an expert in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues / problems.
- Leverage internal and external industry best practices to apply plant finance strategy with continuous improvement, including key metrics that measure the effectiveness of Bosc finance and evaluate and report on the performance of BOSC team

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Accounting,
- Minimum of 10 years of related work experience
- Experience working with related programs and planning tools
- Proved experience working in manufactory environment, plant and supply chain
- Knowledge of manufacturing cost drivers
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous working experience with SAP, Power BI or Tableau
- Expert level MS Office skills, financial modelling
- Previous working experience working with cross functional teams
- Experience supporting agriculture and food industry, FMCG, Automotive industry.
- Finance planning and analysis experience / skills
Additional Information
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
- In depth knowledge of cost accounting methodologies and processes.
- Experience working as a financial analyst in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid FPA or BOSC FPA experience
- Background from consulting firm is a plus
- Experience in SC optimization , Network optimization, cost & working capital optimization projects.
