Andal Software, founded in 1988, provides a software package for HR, Payroll, Income Tax, and Attendance for the Indonesian market. The company has almost 500 clients, ranging from service companies to manufacturing, financial institutions, and hospitality industries.
Job Responsibilities:
As an Application Consultant at Andal , you are responsible for collecting a database of potential customers, exploring prospect information, selling products via telephone or online meetings, as well as providing consultations and solutions for prospect needs.
- Map target accounts & conduct contact research
- Looking for new sales opportunities through outbound emails, and so on
- Directs qualified opportunities to Business Consultants
- Work with monthly, quarterly, & annual targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum D3 / S1 education in all majors (preferably Management, Marketing, Communication)
- Have experience in the same position at least 1-2 years
- Having experience in selling application-based products is a plus
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Having English language skills is a plus
- Able to establish good relationships with customer
