  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization

  • Giving support for dedicated application
  • Troubleshooting for technical issues
  • Have customer service skills

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree,Computer Science/Information Technology
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Application Support/IT Support/help desk
  • Able to type fastly (min: 40 WPM) is a must
  • Familiar with excel (Vlookup and Pivot table)
  • Having knowledge of Operating Systems (Internal System)
  • Able to handle customer requests and complaints
  • Willing to work shifting and work outside usual hours (e.g. weekend, evening, public holidays) is a must 3 shift
