Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree,Computer Science/Information Technology
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience as Application Support/IT Support/help desk
- Able to type fastly (min: 40 WPM) is a must
- Familiar with excel (Vlookup and Pivot table)
- Having knowledge of Operating Systems (Internal System)
- Able to handle customer requests and complaints
- Willing to work shifting and work outside usual hours (e.g. weekend, evening, public holidays) is a must 3 shift
