In this program, you'll learn to:

• Lead and drive the proper implementation of in-process production process controls, incoming materials quality control (IMQC) processes, and finished goods storage quality assurance.
• Learn from the Deckers Production Manager, factory production team, and Deckers Dev-Com team about the proper and timely execution of T4 production trials and making sure COVA’s are available for critical processes.
• Work with factory production teams to drive the implementation of quality and productivity improvement programs.
• Monitor the assigned facility materials and FST Lab testing review and audit in coordination with the Deckers lab team.
• Provide on-site assistance to the ESC team in monitoring and pushing compliance with ESC production standards.
• Assist in on-site monitoring of product security compliance upon request by the product security team or when mandated by the company leadership.

Requirement :

• Final-student or undergraduate from Industrial Engineering, footwear technical, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to be placed in Central Java or East Java.
• Willing to be trained for a minimum of 3 months.
• Have an interest in or passion to work in the footwear industry.
