Requirements:
- Good oral and written English communication skills is a must.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team, analytical, meticulous, neat and keen attention to details.
- Ability to work in a flexible and challenging environment.
- Highly organized and smart with a high sense of urgency.
- Familiar with the test methods, standards and standard operational procedures (SOPs) being used by the laboratory.
- Computer literate and with proficient knowledge in MS Office.
- With minimum Diploma / S1 in Chemistry/Biology/Fisheries/Food Technology/Engineering or related field courses.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in Seafood safety, quality and processing will be an asset.
- Must be willing to travel extensively and for extended periods of time when necessary.
- Must be willing to have flexibility to be based in Jakarta or Surabaya.
Job Description:
- Inspect products and its packaging to make sure the compliance of product quality and label information is within the specifications/requirements.
- Conduct factory or process audit and/or product monitoring whenever necessary.
- Conduct the loading supervision and verify quantity-quality against the order.
- Conduct testing/analysis of any samples following SOP.
- Report the inspection findings, audit, loading and test result.
- Monitoring progress of each order (stock position) to avoid rush inspection schedules and regularly update clients on the progress of their orders.
- Anticipate and solving problem related to the issue and complaint
- Organize QC files as per SOP
