Job Description :
- Developing and reviewing the organizational structure of the ADMO Group in line with the company's business needs.
- Analyzing jobs and establishing performance parameters for all positions according to the organizational requirements.
- Conducting job evaluations in accordance with the company's applicable standards.
- Creating job classification standards for the ADMO Group.
- Measuring productivity and analyzing workload for all positions within the ADMO Group.
- Analyzing the gap between manpower availability and manpower needs (supply vs demand) in accordance with the company's strategy.
- Creating the workforce requirements plan for the ADMO Group.
- Designing and developing programs for internalizing the company's culture.
- Implementing the necessary change management programs within the ADMO Group.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years in the field of Organization Development.
- Have a good understanding of business process and organization structure
- Good knowledge in Work Load Analysis (WLA)
