Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs to enhance employee skills, competencies, and performance
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives to address skill gaps and development needs identified within the organization
- Support the design and implementation of performance management systems, processes, and tools to drive employee accountability, goal alignment, and performance improvement.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning discussions to assess readiness and potential for key roles.
- Assist in organizational design efforts to ensure alignment with business goals, optimize structure, and enhance agility and efficiency
- Collaborate with other HR team members and department managers to support overall HR goals and initiatives.
Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related roles, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment
- Strong understanding of talent management, learning and development, performance management, and change management principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
