Role Descriptions:
- Creating a concept of need analysis for employee training and development based on the results of performance management (Performance Appraisal)
- Providing orientation training for new employees
- Developing a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Developing curriculum, modules, and materials that can be used for training and development to support employee competencies.
- Monitoring and generating reports on the results of employee training and development to serve as evaluation material for future training program improvements
- Evaluating all employee training and development activities, especially evaluating at levels 3 and 4
- Reviewing teaching methods for all training participants to enhance employee skills and competencies
- Monitoring all training facilities and infrastructure needs to ensure availability according to requirements
- Conducting human resources development (improvement) for trainers to enhance the productivity of employee training and development programs
- Performing other tasks assigned by the Department Head / Division Head
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development or organizational development role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Willing to work on Saturday and Public Holiday
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering custom training programs, including needs analysis, course development, and delivery.
- Ability to facilitate training sessions and presentations to groups of various sizes and levels of the organization.
- Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate the targeted development of individuals and departments.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated cross-cultural competency and willingness to work in a diverse environment.
