- Assist People Development Manager to design and implement employee strategies as well as employee and leadership development program
- Supporting on delivery training to employee and new hires that results in increased speed to competency and performance
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
- Have experience minimum 1 years as People Development Officer, from F&B / hospitality Industry will be a plus

- Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
