People Development Officer

Job descriptions:

• Assist People Development Manager to design and implement employee strategies as well as employee and leadership development program
• Supporting on delivery training to employee and new hires that results in increased speed to competency and performance

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree
• Fluent in English
• Have experience minimum 1 years as People Development Officer, from F&B / hospitality Industry will be a plus
• People Oriented
• Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail
