- Mentorship and Coaching
- Feedback and Evaluation Training
- Documentation and Reporting Training Engagement Event
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience in learning and development roles (Welcome to Fresh Graduated)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with various levels of the organization
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training software
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and organizational levels
- Has confidence and has an interest in social media
- Willing to work 6 days a week and placement at Head Office (Vikamas, North Jakarta)
