- Facilitate and map out employee competency development programs both in terms of soft skills and hard skills and meet workforce needs to achieve the company's vision and mission.
- Providing data on employee competency development.
- Record employee performance appraisal assessments so that they can be evaluated for further employee development planning.
- Monitor the progress of the orientation period for new employees and the acting period for promotional employees so that the learning process can be utilized optimally
- Make reports on all PDv work activities, both routine and non-routine, so that they can provide information regarding activities, identification of problems, and progress achieved
