Responsibilities:
People Development:
- Execute Training Need Analysis in all departments to oversee every department's training needs to improve employee capabilities in order to support the company's business growth.
- Provides design learning/training programs (modules, training delivery, pitching relevant vendors) for all divisions to develop skills for all employees.
- Build annual and monthly training programs and prepare training plans to maximize the outcome of the monthly sale
- Create budgets for all costs associated with training, and write detailed reports to justify expenditures for reporting to company management
- Potential Talent Mapping & Talent Pool readiness
- Individual Career Plan
- Talent Assessment Process Internal
Organizational Development:
- Initiate, create, and develop organizational development needs (Organizational Structure, Job Analysis, Job Profile, Job Description, etc)
- Propose Job Evaluation for current positions and/or new positions, and the impact on the Organization Structure
- Set, develop, maintain and analyzing Key Performance Indicator, and cascading business strategy from top (executive) management to bottom
- Monitoring people performance through periodic performance review based Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- Create and develop the competency standards
- Control and monitor Employee database for Talent Mapping
- Develop Competency Matrix
- Create Talent Management & Organizational Policy & Procedure
- Create and develop Job Roles and Job Descriptions, and also ensure that all jobs in all roles for every position are clearly described. Maintaining the regular update of the company’s organizational chart/ structures, and keeping the organization structure in line with the company's business growth.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology/Management/ or equivalent from a reputable university
- Maximum 40 years old
- Minimum 5 years of experience in career path, talent management, organization design, assessment, and in a service company as Senior HR
- Having the ability to evaluate and make adjustments to employee's job descriptions and Organization Development
- Having the ability to analyze, plan, and facilitate training for employees related to competency development, to fulfill organizational needs as well as evaluating training activities to provide more effective and efficient training recommendations
- Having the ability to develop and facilitate KPI assessment and resources relevant to current talent management processes
- Strong leadership with good communication skills
- Fluent in English
