Responsibilities:
Identifying, analyzing, and structuring the overall Organizational Development processes, including Organizational Structure, Manpower Planning, Job Analysis, Competency Dictionary, and managing the Performance Management process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in from retail or hr consultan
- Have knowledge about Human Resources Management
- Possesses knowledge and skills in formulating Organizational Structure, Job Evaluation and Job Analysis, and Competencies
- Have knowledge in the development and implementation of Performance Management Systems.
- Open personality & communicative, quick responsive, risk-taking, creative, firm & consistent in decisions and actions
- Proficiency in English (Oral & Written)
- Mastering Ms. Office
