- Planning culture program to be implemented in the company
- Implementing culture programs in accordance with established plans
- Conducting evaluations and make reports on the implementation of culture programs
- Responsible for implementing the Performance Management cycle
- Carrying out organizational analysis and development to help increase organizational effectiveness
- Making adjustments to job updates, job functions and organizational structure
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any major (major in Psychology and Management preferred)
- Experienced in handling company culture programs
- Have knowledge of Performance Management
- Able to analyze organizational constraints and needs
- Have good communication and coordination.
- Have the ability/knowledge of Job Analysis.
- Having knowledge of Work Load Analysis and Job Evaluation is an added value.
