Job Description
- Managing SNI certification according to local regulation
- Handle Manual warranty process, bahasa label process, SDPPI (Home connect) product certification, K3L (safety test)
- Arrange sample orders for all approbation requirement
- Follow up system status releases to related PIC
- Apply and follow up Import Quota for iron and steel
- Monitor regulation and anticipate risks toward business process
- Performing product compliance control at warehouse
- Lead and monitor Project S&OP
- Handle SO Quotation and closely coordinate with project team for project delivery schedules
- Actively involve in Retail S&OP and CP S&OP, keep track of open orders and shipment schedules
- Monitor stock coverage and propose required actions to management
- Monitor cargo consolidation status at central warehouse and other origin
- Follow up order status to factory
- Arrange Display orders and other ad-hoc orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- Experienced in demand planning / Procurement minimum 3 years, preferably in Retail industry
- Experienced in handling SNI and other product license
- Good SAP knowledge specifically in P2P (Procure to Pay)
- Understanding of S&OP process, knowledge on Import customs clearance will be a plus
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulation related to home appliances is a must
- Fluent in English
