Job Description
They say no man is an island - a notion that holds particularly true for this role. As our CE Associate, you'll be an instrumental cog in the Jabodetabek Consumer Engagement team) wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company's (brand awareness and activation). Collaborating with (marketing and regional team), your main objective will be to (drive consumer engagement through creating mall partnership (Jakarta and Bodetabek) strategy and plan according to local insight in the region). You will have ample opportunity to flex your analytical and creative skill at the same time, and deep consumer understanding, skills, and dive deep into projects surrounding looking for growth opportunities by tailoring local insight into partnership strategy), collectively getting us even closer to (engage more consumer).

What you will do

    • Support Area Senior Manager for driving consumer engagement focus areas in terms of engagement, partnership with local Point of Interest (POI), mall in which will deliver POI domination, Point of Sales (POS) merchants branding, standard package that will deliver Region target completed orders and active
    • , create and ensure excellent execution of consumer engagement strategy according to local insight, city focus user persona and behavior, merchants branding & POI domination and HQ driven initiative amplifications for the region.
    • Oversee completed order transaction and MTU (Maximum Transmission Unit) achievement vs target on regular basis, immediate actions to fill the gap if
    • regional/local insight generation for idea creation, translating into key actionable initiatives to build relevance with local residences.

What you will need

    • Bachelor degree from top university or any well-known universities from each region) or abroad with GPA 3.2 or equivalent
    • Preferably majoring in Marketing Management or Business
    • At least 3-4 years of working experience in marketing
    • Solid experience in partnership
    • Good understanding of local knowledge & demonstrate excellent in Digital Marketing Campaign
    • Able to teach related Consumer Engagement knowledge to all CE team
    • Easily adapt to change, shows flexibility, prioritization, organization and time management skills
    • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal flexibility and strong team management skills

Our Regional Consumer Engagement team is a family of people based in Indonesia, specifically in Jabodetabek region. We oversee all things and act as a center of excellence for partnerships and increasing potential visibility in respective region POI or malls and work to create (consumer engagement and brand awareness. It's our job to ensure that all engagement activities run seamlessly. One of the biggest challenges we had to face is to ensure Gojek domination is consistent across Jabodetabek region. We eventually resolved it by doing close coordination with HQ and the regional team. Currently, we're busy at work on various projects, including one about POI domination, focus city user persona, and merchants branding.
