Job Description
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing Restaurant Managers and restaurant staff to achieve company targets and standards.
- Ensure that all restaurants comply with the company's quality and cleanliness standards, as well as food safety regulations.
- Control budgeting sales achievement (profit and loss).
- Analyze restaurant performance data, including sales, profits, and employee performance, and take necessary actions to improve outcomes.
- Business development in the coverage area.
Job Requirement
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in any majors
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Restaurant Manager or min. 2 years experience as Area Manager in F&B business. Experience in Japanese restaurant is a plus.
- Experience in manage same area is a plus.
- Understanding of the food and beverage industry, particularly in fast-food restaurants, as well as knowledge of current trends and practices in the business.
- Target and quality oriented.
- Strong managerial team and communication skill is a must.
- Multitasking, Detail oriented and Advance Microsoft excel skill
- High level values for Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Excellent Service & Respect.
- Willing to be located in all Marugame Udon operational areas.
