Responsibility:
- Plan, implement and monitor the area operational strategy
* Oversee operations to ensure efficiency
* Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and operational guidelines
* Deal with guests' complains
* Create reports for upper management
Qualifications:
- Experience in hospitality industry, especially villas
- Strong Management and leadership skill
- Fluent English
- Team Player
- Effective Communications skills
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in area
- Attention to detail
