Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities

  • Manage in total 10 - 12 outlets at the same time.
  • Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
  • Preserve each 10 outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
  • Lead 10 - 12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel.
  • Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
  • Placement Batam, Riau. 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Proven food and beverage management experience.
  • Understand the inventory scheme well.
  • In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety.
  • Understand each KPI component for outlet and how to achieve them.
  • Understand the process of solving problems related to operational issues.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication and leadership skills.
  • Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
  • Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets.
  • Guest-oriented and service-minded.
  • Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
