Job Description:
1. Restructuring and owning talent lifecycle that include onboarding, assessment, developing and retention
2. Owning plans and facilitate leadership meeting to ensure consistency and clear communication within the region
3. Inspect and build expertise in operational standards including workforce management, inventory management lifecycle and shrink reduction.
4. Ensure loss prevention policy are being follow including managing operational execution on stocktake.
5. Distort analysis and action to best at devices & Accy
6. Gain insight and create SMART action plan to improve result in order to establish clear direction to stores to achieving the sales target.
Job Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor's Degree in any majors.
2. At least 4-5 years experience in retail industry (preferrable gadget industry).
3. Strong communication skill, managerial team, and advance in Microsoft office is a must.
4. Understand about the business analyze and numbers.
5. Willing to be located in Sulawesi/ Jawa Tengah/ Jawa Timur
