Responsibilities
Manage in total 10 - 12 outlets at the same time
Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve each 10 outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead 10 - 12 Outlets Team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising talented personnel
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
Provide two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Placement Jabodetabek, Medan, and Makassar
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience as Area Manager specializing in F&B/Restaurant Service or equivalent
Proven food and beverage management experience
Understand the inventory scheme well
In-depth understanding in-store profit and loss (P&L) report, Food hygiene, Health & Safety
Understand each KPI component for outlet and how to achieve them
Understand the process of solving problems related to operational issues
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks, communication and leadership skills
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
Guest-oriented and service-minded
Culinary school diploma or degree in food service management or related field
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
