- Create and execute a strategic sales plan for field sales that expands our customer base and extends the company's sales achievement.
- Lead a team of field sales representatives, providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor field sales performance by holding daily check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
- Conduct interviews with field sales candidates, set objectives, train and coach them (together with our Sales Trainers), and monitor their performances.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in Field Sales Manager (mandatory).
- Proven experience in in handling a minimum of 50 field sales, with a track record of successful sales performance.
- Result and sales-oriented with a strong focus on sales achievement.
- Proactive and initiative behavior at work.
- Strong people management and administration skills.
- Have experience in CRM for data analysis and daily activity reporting.
- Proficient skill in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word.
- Strong analytical skills.
