Requirement:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Management from a reputable university
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail business and minimum 1 years in the manager position
- Having working experience in the shoe/fashion business are advantage
- Discipline, fast learner, hard-working and able to perform under pressure
- Proactive worker with high leadership and management skills
- Have good communication, analysis, and negotiation capabilities
- Easily build and maintain new relationships with others
- Willing to be located in any area
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze stocks and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.
- To Develops a business plan and sales strategy with the sales team to ensures the achievement of company sales goals, inventory turnover and profitability
- To establishes and manage productive relationships with store supervisors including the timely resolution of sales and operational issues, negotiations of locations, and other sales objectives
- Manage and direct sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company objectives
- Establish short-term and long-term plans and strategies to ensure the achievement of sales target
- To comply with all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Able to know and fully aware of trends and customers' needs
