As the Area Sales Representative - Completions & Well Intervention, you'll be task for customer facing and responsible for winning business back to organization. You’ll contributes to sales plan in a specific region and defining sales strategy for targeted clients.
As the Area Sales Representative- Completions & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:
Being responsible for selling Completion and Well Intervention product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
Contributing to Prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity.
Working based on predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
Handling diverse clients in a region.
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
Handling local focus on Small-Medium size territory

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 5 years of experience in Sales).
Have minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Completions and / or Well intervention.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Have interpersonal and leadership skills.
Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
Have proven analytical and organizational ability
