Our client is looking to hire multiple headcount of Area Managers (or Store Managers) to oversee a few of their stores which are about to open in 2024.
Job Description
Maximising the sales of each store, and ensuring that general and daily operations of his stores are conducted according to the company's rules and regulations.Ensuring the lowest possible costs and highest productivity for all operations and procedures.Working and collaborating with all other departments in order to achieve the company's goals.Recruiting, hiring, training and developing store staff members through setting performance expectations, and conducting performance evaluation.Implementing and maintaining store policies, procedures and guidelines.Monitoring inventory levels, product availability and visual merchandising standards and ensuring the stores are clean, and compliant with safety and health regulations.Developing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability. Analysing data, customer trends and market insights to make informed business decisions.Managing a few stores and ensuring all stores are profitable. Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries and providing reports to higher management on sales performance and inventory status.
