Job Description
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and for distributing products
- Collaborate with distributor teams to improve sales achievements in related fields
- Ensure that all field sales team members &; distributors fully comply with the company's sales systems &; processes; and follow ethical business practices
- Build and grow relationships with channel partners (MT, GT, etc)
- Calculate Stock Opname to each area
- Maintain good relationship with all channel
Qualification
- Min. S1 graduate (preferably major: Business / Economy / Marketing)
- Having experiences in Modern Trade, General Trade Channels & Territory Management.
- Required Skill(s): Excellent interpersonal skill, result oriented, self driven, initiative.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General especialy in FMCG Industry (skin care, hair care, fashion, moms & baby's product).
- Willing to work for Jabodetabek area.
