Job Description

This position will need you identify, develop, and evaluate potential channels for sales penetration. You may work closely with appointed distributor to build up our company image and product branding in targeted market area.

Cover areas : East Java Province,  home base Surabaya 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-

• Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of proven track record in product marketing / brand management in the food industry
• Performance driven with good business acumen to adapt the branding / marketing / pricing / distribution strategies.
• Sound knowledge and previous experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

What do we expect from you?

• Train and provide guidance to the Sales team, develop, and evaluate sales strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics and cost/markup factors.
• To diligently work with sales team / market expander and appointed wholesalers/distributors in the assigned areas to maximize sales and distribution.
• Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products lines handle.
• Providing guidance and direction to customer/distributor via analyzing business developments and monitoring market trending reports.
• Coordinate promotional activities with wholesalers/distributors to market products or services that would enhance sales and profit.
• Compile lists of competitor’s pricing and promotional activities on a monthly basis as feedback to management.
• Timely submission of Daily / Monthly /quarterly and yearly Sales report as part of Sales Dept. requirement.
