Job Description
- Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel (Traditional Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts as well as expand distribution network by opening new stores / channels in Surabaya and Bali
- Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters
- Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Surabaya and Bali
- Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus
- Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the Domestic Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 7-10 years in Surabaya or nearby areas
- Exposure to Traditional Trade channel is a must
- Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa
- Computer Skills - MS Office proficient
