The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion.
By having a knowledge of emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able create cross-channel deliverables to clients that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with clients and project teams to understand client objectives and project design
- Develop and present creative projects that support agreed upon goals and strategy
- Create cross-channel visual communication strategies (digital, print, and motion)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Conceptualise designs that align with the company's corporate identity
- Design and create visuals for all marketing collaterals in the attractive ways (such as instagram, website, promotions, etc)
- Create informative and persuasive designs to support the marketing department
- Develop creative ideas and coming up with new design innovations
- Accomplishes art department work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employee
- Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in visual communications
- 1 - 2 years' of digital and print design or advertising experience
- Knowledge of social platforms (Twitter, Tumblr, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)
- Breadth of style and design capability
- Solid experience in Adobe Programmes (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere)
