Art Director

Qualification:

• 4+ years in a dynamic agency environment, conjuring creative magic.
• Expertise in design and video: animation, motion graphics, typography, and perhaps a touch of illustration (extra points for finish art skills!).
• Flair for turning the everyday into extraordinary: you see potential in every detail and know how to make it shine.
• Storytelling prowess: crafting tales that engage and inspire, keeping audiences on the edge.
• Experience in fast-paced pitching: you excel under pressure, adapting your creations to captivate the room.
• Able to work from office in South Jakarta
• Bachelor's degree, preferably from Graphic Design, DKV, Motion or a related major
• Able to use Adobe Family. (also extra points if familiar with other creative applications support)
• Have a strong sense of branding for different audience demography
• An excellent portfolio showcasing several recent, live projects.
• The ability to clearly and confidently present your work in front of both internal and external audiences.
• Ability to keep up with current trends in digital design, development and communication technologies.
• Experience with agile process.
• Strong attention to detail. Self starter. A positive attitude and a collaborative personality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and be responsible for managing the visual brand, image design, video banner, product, concept video, understand about basic copy writing, story board and story line
• Create video materials for promotion and branding needs from pre-production to post-production (editing)
• Edit and process images & videos into attractive and high-quality video content for promotion and branding needs
• Produce creative and engaging contents that are relevant to the brand identity and target audience
• Working together with the marketing department to create inspiring design work and video content
• Responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos that could be used for promotion & branding needs
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Manage timeline and timely execution all the project
