Job Requirement: 

• S1/D4 in Asset Management 
• Minimum 1 year experience in Asset Management or a fresh graduate with internship experience. 
• Strong knowledge of corporate asset and inventory management. 
• Ability to analyze data, excellent problem-solving skills, and capable of making data-driven recommendations. 
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Slide) or Google Suites (Sheets, Docs, Slides). 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team. 
• Detail-oriented. Organizational and time management skills.

Job Description: 

• Conduct reviews and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the procurement process for assets (Office & Video Equipment). 
• Create administrative documents in accordance with company SOP. 
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset database. 
• Conduct periodic physical audits to ensure the condition and location align with records. 
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure optimal asset performance and extended lifespan. 
• Execute and process asset repairs with the relevant departments or external parties.
• Regularly reconcile asset records with the Finance department. 
• Dispose of outdated or excess assets in accordance with company regulations and policies. 
• Assist in budget planning for asset procurement and maintenance costs.
