Asset Recovery Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Create alternative UKJ unit sales methods including analysis.
• Make detailed warehouse requirements along with infrastructure and man power.
• Make a draft annual Budget (Capex, Opex and MPP).
• Update information related to the division's business
• Make proposals for mapping and developing the potential warehouse manpower
• Prepare a draft training matrix required for warehouse HR development.
• Responsible for project improvement planning
• Assist the Head of Asset Recovery Development in coordinating all team members and teams between internal Managers of the Loan & Asset Recovery Division to create a conducive working atmosphere.
• Draft the Department's PICA Report.

Requirements:

• Candidates must at least possess a bachelor's degree from Marketing/Engineering major with a minimum GPA of 3,00. 
• At least 1 (one) year of experience in Warehousing in an automotive/multi-finance companies. 
• Understands the issue that might arise in the  Marketing / Operation in the warehousing process. 
• Ability to analyze statistical data and marketing needs. 
• Have an analytical, thorough and visionary mindset. 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English. 
• Computer and Microsoft office savvy.
