Uraian Tugas

PT. Rumah Kupu Capung is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant  Accounting & HR Manager
Manager to join our team on Gili Air! In this role, you’ll play an important role in our company’s 
financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law. You will be 
assisting our HR & Account Manager with managing all finance & accounting functions of our two 
PMA’s which has a total of 30 staff members.
What are we looking for? 
• You have more than 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• You are able to work independently and have a great analytical skill
• You have excellent attention to detail, can review financial statements, identify errors and 
make corrections accordingly
• You have advanced knowledge + experience of accounting software programs, spreadsheets 
and data entry
• You are well organized and can keep track of important financial documents for future analysis 
and reporting
• You can advise the directors (in English) where they can make financial improvements to 
create a higher profit
• You can track errors in calculations on cash flow statements back to the source
• You are well up to date with the Indonesian law and regulations related to accounting and 
finance.
• If you have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration it’s a big plus!
Duties and responsibilities Accounting 
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts 
receivable, Inventory, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow 
statements, and some other report by request.
• Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
• Monthly stock control
Duties and responsibilities Human Resources 
▪ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
▪ Onboard new employees.
▪ Process payroll and benefits.
▪ Manage employee relations.
▪ Conduct performance reviews.
▪ Maintain employee records.
▪ Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
