Purchasing Supervisor

Requirements:

• Maximum age 40 years old
• Minimum education D3 any major
• Must have experience as Purchasing/Procurement Supervisor in Automotive Manufacture (Min. 3 Years)
• English is a must
• Have knowledge about SAP

Jobdesk :

1. Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and responsiveness. Managing relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of goods and services
2. Negotiating and pricing in order to secure the best possible terms for the company
3. To receive Indent and ICN and conduct meeting
4. To make production and delivery plan
5. To make capacity plan
6. To make import planning
7. To make shortage calculation
8. To avoid line stop
9. To coordinate with all concerned departement for smooth production and delivery to all customers
10. To conduct capacity meeting and follow up with all concerned departement
11. Any other task assigned from time to time
