Purchasing Supervisor (For Industrial Project)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Engineering/Civil/Machinery/Mechanical/Electrical).
• Having experiences as industrial buyer and handling purchase industrial material/project / capex / opex at least for 5 years.
• Excellent using SAP S/4Hana and Ms. Office
• Excellent negotiation skill, good analytical thinking, communicative and possess leadership skills.
• Able to collaborate with team, good in managing relationship with clients, vendors and internal customers.
• Having ability to manage multiple projects and good in managing work prioritization.
• Willing to be placed in the industrial town of MM2100, Cibitung - Bekasi.

Job Description :

• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments and received stock.
• Sourcing suppliers and vendors related to Industrial Project (civil, utility, machine/instrument certification, PPE, etc).
• Negotiating and analyzing specification, price and delivery for goods and service.
• Ensuring all material is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
• Developing and implementing purchasing strategies (corporate contract, cost saving).
