Purchasing Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITY

• Responsible for controlling document
• Making Purchase Order
• Establish and maintain working relationship with co-workers
• Communicate with vendor about incoming imported goods, shipping schedule
• Sending the goods/ document to Korea by DHL
• Communicate with DHL
• Supervise incoming and expenditure of goods
• Provide weekly and montly reports on the entry existing goods
• Complete the closing kepabean documents
• Supervise IT inventory system
• Communicate with the production vendor about the schedule of good entry
• Making report on production waste to Ministry of Environtment

REQUIREMENT

• At least Bachelor Economy/Management
• 5-10 years experience
• Profecient in Ms.Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in english both oral and written
• Having knowledge Kepabeanan Document
• Having knowledge in import
• Having knowledge in Purchasing
