Responsibilities:
- Understands market trends, customer needs and competitive analysis to identify opportunities to develop and grow existing / new business
- Strategies, sets, communicates, aligns and deploy business plans, new sales & marketing initiatives and programs to achieve business objectives
- Proactively engages sales, support and application team to achieve targets commitments and total customer satisfaction
- Selling travel products & tour packages; and dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaising with airlines, tour operators and hotels, to manage booking, schedules & promotion
- Overseeing the smooth & efficient running of the branch
- Ensuring that staff adhere to financial & operational procedures and that any training needs are identified and addressed
- Managing & motivating staff to meet targets, thus ensuring the profitability of the company
Requirements:
- Between 30 – 35 years old.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Graduated from Diploma Tourism or Bachelor Degree majoring in Travel and Tourism from reputable Academic/ University
- Minimum 3 years experience as Assistant Manager in Tourism Industry area or 1 year as Branch Manager in Tourism Industry.
- Capable Domestic and International Tour Package , Travel Documents, Ticketing, MICE
- Strong leadership, good team management
- Hard worker and aggressive sales person and good negotiation skills
- Willing to be place at ALL BRANCH BAYU BUANA
