PT Bali Utama Cakrawala is looking for the most suitable candidate for Assistant Brand & Marketing Communications Manager for one of our business unit Discovery Mall Bali located in Bali with the details:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, aMarketing, Advertising, Sales, Or Business Administration, or equivalent
- 5 years’ minimum Work experience in the Shopping Mall and Retail sectors are preferred including handling corporate communications, original writing and editing, and some public relations
- Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management
- Demonstrated proficiency in internet marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions
- Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Breadth of working knowledge and past experience in publishing with print and web media
- Knowledge of printing procedures and requirements preferred
- Ability to manage and co-ordinate the end-to-end development process while meeting deadlines and budget requirements
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Bali.
Responsibility:
- Support the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the shopping mall's target audience and business objectives
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the shopping mall's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Coordinate Event & Activation Marketing team for on-site events, promotions, and activations aimed at engaging shoppers and driving foot traffic to the mall
- Supervise Content Marketing team in creating engaging and relevant content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, blogs, and website
- Collaborate with internal teams, tenants, vendors, and partners to secure participation and support for mall events and promotions
- Support the Brand & Marketing Communications Manager in digital marketing initiatives, including social media advertising, influencer partnerships, and search engine marketing, to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the mall
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to the management team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with mall tenants, providing support and guidance on marketing opportunities and initiatives in alignment with Brand & Marketing Communications Manager
- Assist in the coordination of event marketing support materials, including event production equipment, print collateral, signage, and promotional materials
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
