Specific Requirements:
- Proven experience (2 years) in marketing communication roles, preferably in a managerial capacity.
- Strong in written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and in English.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

- Knowledge of branding principles and experience in brand management.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Familiar with Public Relation practices, preparing media press release and media relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant design software.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and technologies in marketing communication.
