Responsibilities
• Manage all charges and credits to different accounts• Ensure travel agent commissions payable are accurately recorded and settled• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve any billing discrepancies• Prepare regular financial reports for management review• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures• Monitor and analyze credit-related data to identify potential risks• Provide support to the credit team in their daily activities• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in credit management• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
• Indonesian citizen, ideally holding a degree in accounting or its equivalent• Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel• Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills• Keen eye for detail and preference for working collaboratively as part of a team• Computer literate, including proficiency in commonly used accounting systems• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Indonesian
