Responsibilities
• Prepare ingredients, weigh, make, and present pastry/bakery products according to company standards• Finish and decorate products• Ensure control of raw materials and portions according to company standards• Assist other sections when needed• Perform opening and closing procedures• Clean production area and tools used• Record inventory and production reports• Collaborate with head baker for smooth operations
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar position in F&B, Retail, or Retail F&B industry• Proficient in current digital technology• Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek• Ability to work individually and in a team• Flexible working hours• Applicants must have a valid ID card• Starting work on February 15, 2024
