The Assistant Director of Human Resources oversees all HR activities at AYANA HospitalityThey ensure compliance with company policies and employment practicesThey work closely with department heads on recruiting and employee development

Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and coordinate all HR activities• Oversee administration of budget, benefits, wages, labor and employee relations, and training programs• Implement effective recruiting and screening procedures• Support department heads in employee orientation, training, and development• Maintain employee records, legal documents, policies, and procedures• Analyze manpower requirements and make recommendations for selection and development activities• Stay updated on labor trends and social legislation• Oversee employee facilities and coordinate employee social and recreational activities• Implement employee relations and motivation programs• Disseminate information on employer-employee relations, employee activities, and company policies
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or senior managerial role• Extensive knowledge of labor law and employment regulations• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills• Excellent verbal and written English language skills• Knowledge of additional languages considered a plus• Ability to lead and direct a diverse team of HR professionals• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment• Proficiency with computerized communication and record-keeping programs• Professional HR certifications are a plus
