Uraian Tugas

We are looking for Assistant HR Manager.

Your role

  • Control of the different departments HR attendance/scheduling process
  • Ensure accuracy/validity and manage of the administrative and logistics files of employees (payroll, contract, foreigner permit, formalities, housing, uniforms)
  • Respect legal and social obligations, maintain social relations
  • Assist with local recruitment
  • Stand-by duties to represent HR manager when absent

 

Your profile

  • Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in HR area, experience in hotel/hospitality industry will be an added value
  • IT skills (Word and Excel) , Payroll software a plus
  • Good command of English, other third language such as French or Mandarin will be a plus

  • Professional and outgoing personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent analysis skills
