We are looking for Assistant HR Manager.
Your role
- Control of the different departments HR attendance/scheduling process
- Ensure accuracy/validity and manage of the administrative and logistics files of employees (payroll, contract, foreigner permit, formalities, housing, uniforms)
- Respect legal and social obligations, maintain social relations
- Assist with local recruitment
- Stand-by duties to represent HR manager when absent
Your profile
- Availability and international mobility from 6 to 12 months minimum
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR area, experience in hotel/hospitality industry will be an added value
- IT skills (Word and Excel) , Payroll software a plus
- Good command of English, other third language such as French or Mandarin will be a plus
