Job description:
Design marketing strategies and handling accounts of Modern Trade
Responsible for modern trade sales achievement, strategicly drive product and business performance in retail
Handling trading term, availability, visibility of products, ops management and negotiation with accounts
Analyze client needs and ensure the company can fulfill the needs
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in any major
At least 3 years experience in FMCG, experience with Modern Trade is a must
Have a good business planning and sense of commercial activities in Modern trade such as Trading Terms, Product Listing, Market Analysis and Shopper Experience
Experience handling food products and/or segmented product is a plus
Proficiency in microsoft office
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and target oriented
Have strong analytical thinking and problem solving
