Uraian Tugas

Responsibilities :

  • Develop Mid and Long term plan and keep updated an account plan to the company standard for all accounts.
  • Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired and the appropriate contacts are made on the agree frequency. 
  • Develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing & equipment. 
  • Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in store execution & adherence to agreements.
  • Establish & negotiates to Account within company’s policies & budget.
  • Monitor performance and compliance of account, taking corrective action where appropriate.
  • Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per Blackmores guidelines.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3,00
  • Minimum 2 years working experience as Key Account Executive from FMCG/Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Strong in communication, analytical thinking, and coordination both internally and externally
  • Strong in excel
  • Strong initiative and self – motivated
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
