Responsibilities :
- Develop Mid and Long term plan and keep updated an account plan to the company standard for all accounts.
- Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired and the appropriate contacts are made on the agree frequency.
- Develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions, pricing & equipment.
- Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in store execution & adherence to agreements.
- Establish & negotiates to Account within company’s policies & budget.
- Monitor performance and compliance of account, taking corrective action where appropriate.
- Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per Blackmores guidelines.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3,00
- Minimum 2 years working experience as Key Account Executive from FMCG/Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong in communication, analytical thinking, and coordination both internally and externally
- Strong in excel
- Strong initiative and self – motivated
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
