- Develop effective marketing strategy and activities to support product penetration.
- Analyze market conditions, forecast product projection, and monitor execution in partnership with the principals and sales team.
- Manage and review pricing strategy to support overall financial aspects.
- Explore, set up, and evaluate new parameters that will be implemented.
- Identify and manage services to priority costumers.
- Build networks and closerelationship with Key Opinion Leaders.
- Provide and facilitate regular training for sales team to improve product knowledge.
Job Specification :
- Has degree in a field related to life sciences major Biology or Biotechnology, is highly desirable
- Min 3 years experience as marketing / clinical laboratory quality control application
- Understand the concept of westgard rules, six sigma, PMI, PME
- Has a relationship with the Patklin organization
- Have high integrity and motivation to move forward
- Strong analytical, Information seeking and presentation skills
- Strongverbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to be business trips.
