Assistant Supervisor Production

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and supervise an operative team of worker to achieve production target and quality objective
• Monitor the productivity, yield and manpower utilization of the section.
• Assist to prepare monthly production report to the Production Manager
• Monitor the daily urgent parts & Backlog hours
• Control cost Production, Job variance and OEE
• Ensure good housekeeping of the section and its premises
• Determine continuous improvement 
• Responsible for the overall performance of the member
• Plan and source for appropriate machinery, equipment and tools to improve operation

Skills and Qualifications

• Have experience in related field, supervisor from manufacturing company, Tobacco background is an advantage
• Knowledge of business Process and practices
• The ability to foster teamwork
• Background in project management
• Experience with coaching or training employee
• Have good personality and able make an approach for all level
• Strong oral and written skills
• Strong leadership skills that include being a self starter
