Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor

Requirements / Qualifications :

• Min Vocational High School or Diploma
• Prefer 5 years of relevant working experience in Metal Stamping Machine 
• Good Knowledge of Mechanical parts, Metal stamping process, Metal Stamping Defects, Problem Solving and Process Improvement
• Understanding of the secondary process of metal stamping (Tapping, Rivet, Degreasing and Spray or Powder Coating)
• Able and familiar to read 2D drawing
• Able to operate computer office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) is preferred
• Able to Speak and write in English ( Min Passive)
• Good Leadership 
• Discipline, honest and hardworking

 Job Scope :

• Control and manage production activity 
• Control the production output 
• Control and reduce rejection of the process and improvement
• Assist with trial and evaluation of the production process
• Responsible for the production process
• Making Work Instruction
• Making the Cycle type for each process
• Collaborate with the other sections  
• Reporting to superior ( IE/ Prod Manager)
