                                   ASSISTANT WEDDING PLANNER 
What You'll Do:
Assisting in the planning and coordination of weddings
Maintaining and updating vendors price lists
Preparing quotations 
Preparing invoices
Preparing wedding timelines and layouts
Escorting clients during onsite visits and vendors meetings
Attending networking events
What We're Looking For:
Local candidate (Bali based)Our office is located in Jimbaran
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Must be fluent in spoken and written English
Previous experience in weddings
Fast communication and strong teamwork abilities
Good organizational and time management skills
Must have own laptop and transport
                                               Full time position
                                   Must be available on weekends
